Last year I had the greatest fun capturing a lovely lady and her friends as they shared in her birthday celebrations. One high tea later plus a team of teenagers and this was the result. A little gem of a coffee shop in Hilton was a trove of treasures when it came to the photos. I used the tin shed with the corrugation for some impromptu photo-booth style shots before venturing into the late afternoon light for some group captures. These girls were so much fun and very receptive to anything I suggested. Once they got the message that it was all about them and not about me they were really able to relax and enjoy themselves. It was a very rewarding, high-energy, laugh-a-minute shoot that still makes me smile a year later.
