Sometimes, it’s only when you look back that you see how valuable the gift of time has been to you. When I started out 15 years ago, I could not have foreseen the journey I would be embarking on. Not only to grow professionally and to enlarge my client base, but also to witness the growth and change in families I would capture over the years. When I first photographed this family the girls were teenagers in a wholly different phase of life. We have kept in touch over the years through these family shoots and it continues to be a gratifying experience. Not only to witness the progress that keeps young people moving forward, but also to document the testimony of strong bonds of family that distance and circumstance can never alter.
