My love of photography flourished as a new mom and grew with my deeply felt belief that motherhood is one of the most all-consuming and enriching vocations a woman can experience.
Even as my kids grew older and I moved away from the novelty of motherhood, the earnest wonder of the parent-child bond was always freshly re-lived through my lens. To this day it’s that powerful bond between a mother and her child that continues to inspire me, both in my own experiences and as a documenter of life.
